Retreat Day for Women

They are here and now in the circle of your own soul.”  John O’Donohue Using the ancient and powerful practices of hatha yoga, meditation, sound, mantra chanting (kirtan), and fire ceremony, this day will help to still your mind and soothe your nervous system, giving you the opportunity to hear your heart and connect to your Self beyond all the noise of day to day life.  We will begin with a gentle yet powerful yoga practice and gong bath to realign and quiet your mind, followed by the Bhakti yoga practice of Kirtan, chanting mantras, allowing you to let go of your mind and connect deeply to your heart. We will then perform a fire ceremony. Ceremony with fire is present in every tradition. Fire literally burns away that which no longer serves and carries our prayers, offering a beautiful opportunity to focus our intentions for our lives and align more fully with our highest potential. We will end this beautiful day with a walk and optional swim in the healing vibration of mother nature at nearby Three Cliffs Bay. ​ A simple and nutritious vegan meal, chai, and a delicious healthy treat is included.  "I felt totally nurtured and relaxed.
