Drawing on her years of experience as a healer and herbalist Kate holds space for deep listening, personal inquiry and healing process. Sharing shamanic practices available to us all, plant spirit work is an opportunity for you to remember and reconnect with your, intuitive integrity.

Kate is an experienced healer, herbalist, yoga teacher, massage therapist and facilitator of therapeutic art. Often working with the seven main energy centres of the body she holds space for deep listening, personal inquiry and healing process.
