You are warmly invited to come and Rest in the Heart of what is as we gather together is simply sit in the cosy, welcoming space of Temple.
This relaxed and informal event Welcomes All as we are Nourished and Rejuvenated by Silence, Stillness, Self-Inquiry and pondering what it means to be Human.
With Open Hearts and Open Minds, All are Welcome Here. Suggested donation £10.
Please arrive in good time to find your spot and settle.
Bring a blanket, mat, cushion and whatever you need to feel able to fully relax. Chairs are available.
