About the Event

Escape for 2 hours of blissful relaxation and self-care.

This mini-retreat draws on the wealth of experience of the team at Temple and offers you a blend of the best techniques and methods we have found to reconnect with yourself, calm your nervous system, and create space to find your natural flow.

Beth and Ruth are both experienced yoga teachers and will begin your session with some gentle yoga to bring you into your body and into the moment. Then, there will be an opportunity to lie down, deeply relax, soothe your nervous system and press your reset button with the healing sound and vibrations of the Venus Gong. During your relaxation, there will be music and words weaved into the sounds, giving you a beautiful, immersive experience. From this place of deep relaxation and connection, there will be time for journaling and intention setting, from a place of calm serenity.

We will finish the retreat with some delicious, homemade chai and sumptuous, raw vegan brownies as you leave feeling with your mind, body and spirit feeling renewed, refreshed, and re-aligned.
